Description

Liz Bradford Health/Wellbeing sessions are delivered by an internationally recognised authority on sustainable executive performance and longevity science. With over two decades in global banking and C-suite leadership, Liz has lived the intense realities of high performance. Along the way, she discovered that success should not come at the cost of health or humanity. As the Founder of Transform Perform, Liz helps ambitious professionals achieve sustained excellence. For example, she integrates evidence-based performance strategies with longevity and wellbeing science. Her approach challenges traditional work-life balance narratives, focusing instead on how leaders can thrive under pressure, protect their energy, and perform at their best for the long term.

Liz Bradford Health/Wellbeing: Career and Achievements

With more than 21 years in banking and 15 years in executive leadership, Liz’s career includes senior roles at HSBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and SWIFT. After reaching her own breaking point in the corporate world, however, Liz transformed her perspective on performance, combining insights from neuroscience, physiology, and leadership to create a framework for sustainable success. In addition, she is a graduate of INSEAD and an alumna of Seth Godin’s altMBA, holding advanced certifications in executive and organisational coaching. As a qualified personal trainer and angel investor with Epic Angels, Liz also sits on the board of U-Go, which supports access to education for women in developing economies.
