Speaker profiles, topics, videos and other details on the website are a general guide only. Speaker availability, fees, travel requirements, topics and details can change at any time. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error free.
2. Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry through the website, by email or by phone does not create a booking or any contract. This includes enquiries from other speaker bureaus. A booking is only confirmed when the parties sign a written engagement agreement. That agreement, not these terms, sets out the fees, currency, payment, travel, cancellation and other booking terms.
3. Intellectual property
The content on the website, including text, logos, design, photos and videos, is owned by us, our speakers or their photographers and licensors. You may view and share links to the website for personal or business use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish its content, including speaker photos, without our written permission. Bureaus that co-broker our speakers may use promotional material we supply for that booking only.
4. Third party links
The website may link to other websites, such as speaker websites, news articles and social media. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other consumer law that applies to you, that cannot be excluded.
