Description
About Mark Cameron keynote speaker
Mark Cameron keynote speaker sessions come from 26 years at the meeting point of strategy, technology and human behaviour. Today he leads Alyve, a specialist AI transformation advisory. He works with executive teams in government, healthcare, education, aged care, utilities and large enterprise.
His message cuts through the AI hype. The organisations getting AI right are not winning on technology. Instead, they win on leadership alignment, culture and the way they design their operating model. In fact, the top 5 percent are not just adopting AI faster. They are rebuilding how decisions get made. Mark calls this philosophy Human Kind Technology: AI should lift performance and wellbeing at the same time, not one at the expense of the other.
Frameworks, research and advisory roles
Mark co-created the Intelligence-Centred Enterprise (ICE) framework. Boards and executive teams across several sectors now use it as a diagnostic tool. He is also a Forbes Technology Council columnist and teaches Digital and AI Transformation Leadership in Deakin University’s Executive MBA program.
As Special Advisor on AI to YMCA Global, Mark helps shape AI strategy for 60 million young people across 113 countries. He is the only Australian inducted as a Certified Experience Economy Expert. In addition, he is a member of Australia’s National AI Centre, a Fellow of the Future Government Institute, and a Director of both YMCA Victoria and Mesh.AI.
Mark Cameron keynote speaker topics
The 5% Pattern: what world-class AI adoption actually looks like. Most organisations spend big on AI and get small returns. Mark unpacks what the top 5% do differently to get real ROI. The answer is not the tech stack. It is how they make decisions, assign accountability and rebuild their operating model around intelligence as a capability. Best for boards, C-suite audiences, executive offsites and industry summits.
Both Intelligences: leading in the age of AI. AI changes what leadership is. This keynote explores how to orchestrate human and artificial intelligence as a single system, and what the next generation of leaders must learn fast and unlearn faster. Best for leadership conferences, executive education and HR audiences.
The Human Problem: what the data says about AI adoption. Drawing on three years of enterprise AI rollouts, Mark shows why the organisations gaining traction treat AI as a human challenge rather than a technical one.
