As the co-founder and CEO of Sanku, a pioneering social enterprise based in East Africa, Felix has reshaped how the world approaches nutrition at scale.
What began as a personal calling in Cambodia in 2007 has since grown into a mission to transform lives across an entire continent. It started after Felix witnessed the devastating effects of malnutrition while volunteering with street children.

Originally trained as a graphic designer and product developer, Felix took a dramatic career turn. He immersed himself in humanitarian work in Southeast Asia. That experience, in turn, revealed the urgent need for solutions that combine innovation, scalability, and sustainability. As a result, Felix co-founded Sanku in 2010.
Fast Company named Sanku one of its Most Innovative Companies. The organisation has also won the Zayed Sustainability Prize, the Elevate Prize, and the Lipman Family Prize. TIME Magazine, meanwhile, selected Sanku as one of its Inventions of the Year in 2019. Connect with Felix on LinkedIn.
Innovation and Impact
At the heart of Felix’s work is the Dosifier. This smart, low-cost fortification device allows small rural millers to enrich flour with essential nutrients. As a result, over 1,500 local mills across East Africa now use it, and Sanku reaches more than 25 million people with fortified food.
