Description
Book Mitch Wallis, Health/Wellbeing Speaker
Mitch Wallis Health/Wellbeing sessions are delivered by a man who left a near seven-year career at Microsoft. He walked away to pursue a different mission: helping people change the way they feel about their own minds. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney. That combination lets him move between clinical rigour and genuine business fluency, on any stage, anywhere in the world.
Mitch carries more than two decades of lived experience with mental illness, including anxiety, depression and OCD. He channels that insight into three core pillars: Human Connection, Emotional Fortitude and Mindful High Performance. One philosophy runs through all of it: “go toward the pain,” rather than avoid it. Mitch founded Heart On My Sleeve, a global mental health movement. It helps people drop the brave face and be honest about how they actually feel. Real Conversations, a program he also created, applies emotionally intelligent communication to transform both workplace culture and family systems.
What Audiences Take Away From a Session With Mitch
On the corporate side, Mitch has delivered workshops to C-level executives across four continents. His client list includes American Express, Amazon, Google and KPMG. He translates clinical mental health research into practical strategies that build genuinely resilient, connected teams. Beyond the stage, Mitch advises the United Nations on youth mental health. He also received a GQ Man of Impact award, and became the first-ever ambassador for the Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Association.
For organisations serious about workplace wellbeing, Mitch Wallis Health/Wellbeing sessions offer content that is equal parts clinically grounded and personally lived.
