Patricia Haueiss keynote speaker sessions draw on more than a decade at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence, the Metaverse and Extended Reality. She is now Director of the La Trobe AI Institute. She also leads the AI Business Studio at La Trobe University. As a result, she brings both strategic consulting experience and hands-on institutional leadership to every session.

Patricia was recognised as one of Australia’s Top 100 Innovators. This honour reflects her work pioneering augmented reality, spatial computing and digital ecosystems. She holds an MBA in Media Management. In addition, she brings a decade of experience in marketing, product strategy and digital transformation across e-commerce and B2B sectors.

At La Trobe, Patricia now leads a university-wide AI Business Studio. This program pairs students with small and medium businesses to help them adopt AI responsibly. She has also worked with global brands including Mercedes-Benz, EY and major Hollywood studios. Her insights have been featured by ABC, The Australian and Network 10. In addition, she has authored industry-shaping reports on Metaverse Fashion, NFT Marketing and the evolving worlds of AR and VR.
