Liz Bradford is the Founder of Transform Perform and a leading authority on sustainable executive performance and longevity science. With over 21 years in banking and 15 years of Csuite experience across global financial institutions including HSBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and SWIFT, Liz understands firsthand the pressures facing today’s leaders. She holds advanced certifications from INSEAD and is a graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA program.

As a former Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer who led teams of 700+ professionals, Liz experienced her own breaking point that became her breakthrough – discovering that peak performance doesn’t require sacrificing health, relationships, or long-term vitality. This revelation sparked her mission to help executives achieve sustainable high performance without burnout.

As a qualified personal trainer, executive coach, and organisational coach, Liz combines evidence-based protocols with real-world pragmatism. She’s a sceptic of “work-life balance” rhetoric and instead focuses on what actually works: aligning leaders with their core values, optimising their energy systems, and building sustainable performance frameworks that fit their demanding realities.

Today, through Transform Perform, Liz works with ambitious professionals to integrate evidence-based longevity science with practical leadership development. Her approach focuses on building authentic, purpose-driven leadership styles that energise rather than drain, while helping executives invest strategically in their healthspan alongside their wealth. Through ProtocolXAI and ProtocolXX she is working with leading experts to democratise the health optimisation protocols used by the elite for everyone, with a specific focus on female wellbeing.

As an angel investor with Epic Angels and board member of U-Go, Liz continues to champion sustainable success models across industries. Her work has been featured in leading business publications, and she regularly speaks on topics including executive resilience, sustainable performance, and the intersection of leadership and longevity.

Liz is passionate about changing the narrative that success requires sacrifice – proving that the most effective leaders are those built to last.
