Dr Nici Sweaney has spent two decades working across science and strategy, and today stands as a leading global voice on ethical AI, equity and governance. She has advised more than 60 organisations on responsible AI adoption, helped shape national policy, and serves as a Senior Fellow for the AI for Developing Countries Forum, contributing directly to international conversations on inclusive, sustainable innovation across both developed and developing economies.
As founder of AI Her Way, Nici has built a platform focused on making artificial intelligence genuinely ethical, inclusive and empowering across business, education and global development, rather than treating those goals as an afterthought to technical progress. Her influence extends into policy directly: her insights have helped shape Australia’s national Responsible AI Use Guidelines as well as generative AI strategies used in education settings across the country, work that continues to influence how institutions approach AI adoption at scale.
